Second Update 4 weeks later: Si, SON INÚTILES. Same meds, called first to DOUBLE CHECK they had everything actually ready, gave them extra time, get here, and AGAIN they didn't have the pills after confirming they did. They would rather let your pet die than learn to count properly. Update: They are the WORST. My pet's heart medication which was supposedly ready for pickup on Saturday was suddenly not covered by our membership (huh?), then they said the RX was expired (it wasn't), then, that they didn't have any when I went to retrieve it on Monday, just to say 5 minutes after I had to call her vet and fill 2 days worth of emergency pills that they could suddenly fill a month supply no problem. This is the 3rd time in a month Sam's Apopka Pharmacy has filled an Rx for drug my husband no longer uses. Because of the way the pharmacy auto fills the name of the drug isn't given on the text . This is caused a great deal of fear and NO TRUST in your staff. I don't know what has happened. This pharmacy was a 5 star but no longer.

Always super helpful and great about following up with monthly refills. They do close for a bit during lunch (around 1?) which I always seem to forget.

Horrible customer service. Long wait times to talk to anyone. Refills wrong prescriptions.
