Sam's Club Pharmacy

Always have such an amazing experience here. The text reminders are so helpful and someone always answers the phone promptly. I never feel judged when having to ask questions and they always double check to make sure non of my other meds are due for a refill and update me on anything thats not ready. Plus most of my meds are filled within 2 days without even having to request and if I need it sooner almost always by end of day.

I can not express enough how happy I am with the Sam’s club pharmacy. I have prescriptions to fill at least once a week. The Pharmacist, Salina ( I’m sure I miss spelled her name) is always pleasant, smiling, and caring. Linda always remembers me and is quick to take care of me. She makes me feel that she cares which she does. I have never had a problem with the prescriptions or the staff. They always explain my meds and answer my questions. Make no mistake this Pharmacy is very busy and still they treat every patient with good attitude and respect. Thank you ladies. I appreciate you.

The pharmacists are very nice and remember your name. Most of the techs are very nice. But, there is an organizational problem here. I'll turn in a prescription, do my shopping (which is not short) and will still have to wait an additional 20 minutes most of the time. Additionally, I have taken the same meds for years, and I'm a Registered Nurse, but they still insist on having a Pharmacist consult EVERY TIME. I've even asked if I can skip when I'm in a hurry and they won't do it. The Pharmacists asks, "do you have any questions" and of course I don't and then I can finally go. This just adds to the wait time. I have switched pharmacies now. I just couldn't deal with it any more.

I dropped off an RX for my dog on 06/10/2021. I specifically asked if would be ready on Friday. My dog is out of her medication and needs it. I am extremely disappointed by their service and the fact that the clerk was not concerned in the least. It was not Linda, she is great.
