! Lied About Accepting Insurance – Now Want $1,725!! This place is an absolute JOKE. I called Samara Pediatrics before booking my child’s vaccine appointment and clearly told them I have Cigna insurance. They said, “Yes, we accept it.” Based on THEIR WORD, I took my child there three times over three months — for vaccines, sick visits, everything. Then on the FOURTH visit, they suddenly say, “Oh, sorry, we don’t actually accept your insurance. You owe us $1,725 out of pocket.” EXCUSE ME?! Are you kidding?? How does a pediatric office screw up something this basic? Either they’re completely incompetent or they just don’t care. They had MONTHS and multiple opportunities to flag this — and said NOTHING. Dr Siddiqui is the best pediatrician. She is a sincere, very educated and understanding doctor. All three of my children are patients there . The staff is friendly and will get you for emergencies anytime you call .
