The cleaning lady from the morning shift goes above and beyond. The restrooms, offices, and rooms are clean and smell good and make patients feel comfortable and safe to enter, Kind and respectful lady!

They always serve you with kindness. I have visited this clinic, and compared to the time you wait in hospitals, it is nothing. They take you out of any emergency you may have. Parking inside is a bit complicated, but not all the time, it depends on the time. It is always kept clean and has a pleasant smell.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE. Doctor was very unprofessional. I asked what my blood pressure level was she responded with “for what should I tell you, you’re only going to be disappointed” she then proceeded to ask about a lab work they did I asked what exactly was it she responded with “ see you don’t even know “ Absolutely disgusting behavior! Please Save your time and money. DO NOT even consider coming to this place!!

This clinic is horrible. The parking is awful, and be prepared to wait hours upon hours if youre walking in. If you have an appointment, dont worry, its just a couple of hours. And if you do have an appointment, its meaningless. They tell you one thing and when you get there its another. I had an appointment for 3:00pm and was told it was actually at 3:40pm. I also had one that same day at 9:20 and they said they would see me for both in similar times. After waiting for about an hour, I wanted to confirm one more time and they aparently changed their mind. That i would be seen at the time of my appointment, which was already wrong. I was wronged/ lied to twice in one day. Quite awful, no empathy, nothing.

Horrible all around. Wait time was upwards of 4 hours. The dr said she “sent” electronic prescription to the pharmacy but when I checked in with pharmacy nothing was there. I called and the person over the phone did not want to do their job. Roxanna said it would take 30 minutes for the dr to even be notified and I requested for a confirmation phone call once the medication was sent. She declined and said I need to keep asking at the pharmacy? What a joke. Waste of money, horrible customer service, if 0 stars was an option I’d mark them as much.
