This was a horrible experience. Do not go here. Go to the Corvallis Clinic. It’s like they want people to fail their physical and you do not get a refund on cost if you fail. If you have to go to them, just lie about everything because if not then they won’t pass you and you won’t have a job and you won’t get reimbursed for the cost. The only nice person was the RN that worked under the nurse practitioner. Even the front desk workers were rude as hell. They will also lose your email if you have to email them the physician form. You have to keep calling them till they receive it so you can finally make an appointment with them. Just go to Corvallis.

Michella Best provided me with the best care after my work injury. She made me feel well-taken care of and listened to. She was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about the clinic. The M.A. apprentice, Caryn, was very good too. Thank you.

The doctor took maybe 5 min and practically told me I was overreacting. There's nothing wrong with me and I shouldn't be feeling pain. I guess I'll just suffer in silence then

Do not use this office. The doctors are biased and will do the bare minimum. They are intentionally difficult and eager to fail applicants.

Wonderful experience with the staff and Michaela Best. Very kind and helpful.
