Dr. Berger retired and I called to make an appt with Dr. Johnson a month ago. The receptionist Stephanie is very unorganized, doesn’t know what she is doing, and always gives me conflicting information. When I first called she kept telling me what insurance Dr. Johnson doesn’t accept and told me that she was going to find out if she can accept my insurance. She never called me back nor had the employee that check the insurance information contact me. She also is always rushing when she answer the phone, and always gives me misinformation then I have to tell her what she initially told me. This is a horrible sign of how this dentist office operate and is a clear sign that this is not a good dentist office. Dr. Johnson is the best! She has been so helpful to me in my journey with Invisalign since the beginning. So friendly so caring. I highly recommend her dentist.

Had a terrific experience here yesterday. From the time I arrived to the time I departed the people were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Kim, was exceptionally well experienced, professional, and warm. The way she communicated each step of the way was so very helpful. I would like to thank Dr. Samantha Johnson and her amazing staff along with my recent hygienist (5 stars) who is amazing. Honestly I thought it was going to be hard adjustment after the retirement of our beloved dentist and it has been a smooth and rewarding one for my husband and I. I appreciate how much passion, professionalism and knowledge the front desk, hygienist and doctor have about the health of my teeth/mouth.
