Salt Lake Specialty Hospital

Absolutely the WORST Nursing and CNA staff. They let patients sit in their own urine and feces for hours. They don't deliver pain medication and other critical medications on time... sometimes missing the times by 2+ hours!! How is this ethical or compassionate behavior of healthcare professionals, little lone from a Specialty Care Hospital? And the administration...yeah, they placate the patient's family but nothing gets resolved in 3+ months of being there and instead the floor staff retaliation ramps up. Despicable facility!!

My daughter has been in this specialty hospital under complete observation. She has a brain injury that the Dr at the hospital said she may never come back from. Well she is talking and moving her arms and legs now. The therapy she has gotten and care from everyone there has been amazing. I am glad I put her there.

I called in desperation trying t get more inf for my family members care.. To see if he could be admitted here, the woman i talked to asked what insurance he has then basically told me i need to contact his insurance provider.. No questions about what kind of care is needed.. How she can help...Very cold.. Not helpful or compassionate at all.

My sister was at the facility in their High Observation unit. It was a very trying time for my family. The staff where all wonderful kind and caring, taking the time to listen to our concerns and goals. Then implementing them into my sisters care. The Respiratory department went over and beyond to wean my sister from the ventilator and back to breathing on her own. I would like to Personally Thank the Director of Respiratory Dien, Nguyen for her time and concern and her Amazing Staff.

I can only say good things about this place, everybody were so nice to my daughter and us we were able to stay with our daughter for the whole two months and PT OT and speech therapist are awesome even the cleaning staff and the girls from the cafeteria I just can’t thank them all enough for their hard work may God bless them all
