I had a great experience at Salt Flats Dentistry! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the office itself was very clean and comfortable. Makayla was so wonderful and efficient to check on my insurance, to make sure that I was covered before my procedure. Although I usually see Dr. Vincent, it was his day off, but he took the time to stop by and say hi and check in with me to assure my comfort. Dr. Schroeder, a new dentist to me, was patient and took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the appointment. Staff is always friendly, the dentist is gentle with the patients. I have twins that are teenagers and they never complain about getting their teeth cleaned at this office. The building is clean and the staff is knowledgeable with treatment and I with billing insurance.

I broke a crown off & called the office right away about 10 minutes before closing. McKayla answered the phone & told me they could see me first thing the next morning. When I arrived McKayla greeted me kindly & said I was all checked in. Kenna seated me, took some X-rays and Dr. Vincent explained throughly the pros and cons of my options. After making my decision Carrie gave me an accurate explanation of charges & my portion. Dr. Vincent and his assistant Kenna were able to provide the required care ( root canal & new crown) ALL in one visit. They were very professional & possess a high degree of knowledge & skill. I came to this office in a lot of pain on one of my teeth, they got me in for an exam with Dr Vincent super quickly! I ended up getting a root canal and crown done by him and it was the best procedure I've ever gotten. It was so fast, and painless. Best dental office in Utah!
