Staff are nice but outside commication sucks. Sometimes you'll get an answer a day or two later. Sometimes never🤷🏼‍♂️ I'm very disappointed with them for their commication.

Dr. Smith is amazing and his nurse Terry is very caring and compassionate and helped my father with medication assistance since he was paying out of pocket.

Lacks communication. Saw Dr. Smith and he was good the first time and then he had me see his nurse practitioner. She was making plans on my next step when Dr. Smith came in shot down her ideas and wanted to go straight to procedures that I did not want instead of non-invasive procdures we were discussing. I will not go back. Matucci saw my brother over a year ago for emergancy kidney stone surgery. The stent was left in over 3 months while we were guven the runaround with office staff ti srt up an appointment. After this scar tissue has caused 90 percent function loss in one kidney. So thank you *NOT* we will never be back there.

I've been going to Salina Urology for several years now. Dr. Smith is truly the best! Professional, and caring. Got me back on track with my health issues I was being seen for. I highly recommend him!

I have never had this good of an experience with any doctor/nurses as I have had with Dr. Rathbun and her nurses!! They are all so kind, helpful, nurturing, knowledgeable women. I was so impressed. You made me feel so comfortable. Thank you ladies!! Shout out to Charlie with Axonics, you're a beautiful soul. You go out of your way, you're helpful and always so kind. 12/10 recommend you all.
