The first two days I had no issues with my cpap but then I had three days that I kept showing me a high leak check tubing. I went back and was told how to reposition my mask. This was on a Friday. I struggled with it all weekend while the machine kept having that message. Then a friend of mine on sunday evening told me you have to keep putting the tank in tol it seals. It worked then. I called the next day and was told that they do have an issue with the new machines doing that until they get worked in. The man that told me that was not the same man I spoke with on Friday. Would have saved me a lot of frustration!!

Traveling through KS from another state - found I was missing a power cord for CPAP machine. It would have ruined the entire vacation had I not been able to find one. They were able to get what I needed - saved the day & every sleep - filled (thanks to them) night of the trip!!! They were amazing!!!!!

Was working in Salina and I left my CPAP mask attachment at home. I called around in a panic to get a replacement. Salina Regional Home was able to help me out. Great People!!

The woman I spoke to was very friendly but I was on hold twice for extended amount of times. She was long winded and spoke of other details that had nothing to do with why I called them. In the end she refused to help me.
