Salem Radiology - Department of Parkland Medical Center

I visited Salem Radiology today as a first time expecting mom who went for my first fetal ultrasound. I can’t say enough good things. The person checking me in I believe her name was Cassandra was an absolute delight. I was SO nervous and she was so friendly, she was very excited for me and she made me feel at ease with great conversation. The technician who did the ultrasound was very nice, explained things well to me, and also put me at ease. The facility is clean, and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be called in after I checked in. Thank you Salem Radiology for the great experience as again, I was so nervous to see my baby for the 1st time. I will definitely be coming back for the remainder of my ultrasounds!

I went for a mammogram a few weeks ago. I was putting it off because I HATE going for mammograms and they are usually very painful for me. Coral did my mammogram and she was very gentle and professional. It was the best mammogram I have ever had! The mammogram ended up being abnormal and I needed to return for a biopsy. Everything went smoothly and quickly with no pain, and Megan and Coral were both there for the procedure. They were both very nice and put me at ease. I highly recommend Salem Radiology!

I had a very positive experience at Salem Radiology. The receptionist was kind and friendly when I checked in. The waiting room/restrooms were clean and neat. Laura in CT Scan was professional, kind and funny. She made the experience pleasant and tolerable. I would recommend going there.

I recently had the opportunity to receive imaging services at parkland medical in Salem nh, and wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional work of their radiology tech Dee. From the moment I entered the imaging suite, I was met with a warm smile and a reassuring demeanor. Dee took the time to explain the procedure in detail,which helped alleviate my anxiety.During the process Dee ensuring that I was comfortable while capturing the necessary images. I had a wonderful experience for my mammogram today. Deb at the front desk was thorough and kind. Very personable. Megan did my mammogram and was very proficient and gentle. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
