My family members across 3 generations are Dr Tsai’s patients. She is patient, thorough & professional. She is a solo practitioner, the value of which is continuity of care. She knows us, is the same person we saw before and the person we’ll see on our next visit. We appreciate & value her care and unlike larger practices there’s no revolving door of providers. Melissa, who provides prescription eyeglasses, has great knowledge of all the options and will take all the time needed and necessary to get you into the right frames with the best lens optics and look for you.
