They are a small local Pharmacy. The staff is very friendly, helpful, professional and personable. Our prescriptions are always refilled on time and we are notified by text when they are ready for pickup. We have been very happy with their vaccine service and appreciate the local small town feel and convenience they offer. We much prefer them than the big box stores. Support small local businesses or the impersonal big box stores is all we will have left.

I have been using Salem pharmacy for years! They’re all so helpful and bend over backwards to be helpful. I also have ordered many items on-line. Salem Pharmacy’s on- line store is the BEST! Every item in stock, on time and the packaging is unlike anything I received! Beautifully packaged! I would HIGHLY recommend using in person or on-line Salem pharmacy.

This store is a rare gem. I'd travel for miles just to enjoy their friendly and personalized service. They've taken great care of my parents for years. They really know their customers and will do anything they can to help them. This staff goes above and beyond for their customers. It’s personable once you walk in as they know you by name. Was a long time customer of CVS and Walgreens until I moved out this way- wish there were more places like this all over! It is always such a pleasant, efficient experience. Have never had better service at any other pharmacy.
