Salem Family Dental

I have been bringing my daughter to this office since she was two. She is now 14. Dr. Byron always made her feel so comfortable and has a great disposition with her. Marilyn who is the hygienist is very funny and sweet. The receptionists are also very helpful. Everyone there has been great and they do a great job!

I'm beyond grateful, I went on Google and looked for the best dentist in my area. After looking I noticed this place had 5 stars, and boy were they right! I love it here! After the experience I had, I made an appointment for my son...he suffers from anxiety when it comes to the dentist but after his visit that anxiety melted away. The dental assistant was so patient and walked him through every little thing she was going to do. When we got in the car, he said he loves it there and never wants to go elsewhere. I was so glad that my son would no longer have a fear of going to the dentist, and I can only thank Salem Family Dental!!! A++

I’m very disgusted, and disappointed. Patricia the hygienist, had a very terrible attitude. I overheard her belittling one of her own co-workers. I could hear thru the door all of the unpleasant and unprofessional things she was saying. I can’t believe she isn’t fired. She was bringing up her coworkers family members.

My family and I have been seeing this dentist for over 25 years. On the day of my appointment a year ago they accepted my insurance. Gave me my cleaning and had X-rays done. Then last week I get a call saying I owe the dentist office 300 dollars. Because my dental didn’t go active till November and my parents insurance kicked me off in September even though I didn’t turn 26 till October. They accepted my insurance during the appointment and upsold because I was told it was covered. Now I have an outstanding bill. Even though we’ve been long time customers this situation will have me looking elsewhere. Unprofessional to run a business like this.

not happy with this office at all. Back in october of 2019 I went for a cleaning. I filled out a new patient form. one of the questions was "have you ever had a joint replacement?" i answered yes. Turned in the paperwork and a few minutes later i was in the chair having xrays done. A few minutes later I am asked if i was medicated. Medicated for what I said? I was asked If i took antibiotics for todays visit. ??? i was told because I had a hip replacement done 12 years earlier i needed to be medicated. It was explained to me after the xrays were taken. So I called my doctor asking if he would write a script for me. He asked me if i was sick. i said no i'm having my teeth cleaned. he then read me some information stating it wasnt necessary. he would not write a script. If the office had inf
