She is totally professional ; and adept at focusing on problem areas even offering advise about how to prevent worsening of an issue with recommendations for do's and don'ts at home. I had the BEST massage from Judy today. She took the time to listen to my pain points and trouble areas before we started and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have recently been incorporating more strength training into my workouts, and Judy was able to help me stretch and sooth some areas that have been tight for weeks! I recently had a full body massage and I cannot wait to return! From the moment I stepped into her studio, I felt relaxed. I’ve had many massages, but none like the massage Judy performed on me. She combined massage with stretching with the perfect amount of pressure. Even though she worked on my many knotted areas, I was very relaxed. I was extremely happy with the space and the service and Judy is such an amazing person. I highly recommend her!
