Saint Peters Community Pharmacy

Hold times are absolutely crazy. Currently on hold for the past 40 min to talk to someone. Tried to refill my prescription through the automated system, but was told I needed to speak to the pharmacy staff. Also, almost every time I walk in I am ignored or I have to wait for someone to finish something. No sense of urgency in the slightest.

I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes to try to get a prescription refill I have the prescription number and it’s still valid, but the bot is saying I have to speak to a pharmacist for the refill. I don’t have these issues using other pharmacies.

The best customer service!!!! So friendly, great listeners and problem solvers. Thank you Ms. Emma for taking extra steps to make sure my daughters medicine gets delivered safely!!!

Tyler gave me the best customer service ever!, and I am old😁 After getting info on a script, I casually mentioned a small issue months ago. Didn't ask for or expect anything. He said hold on. On his own initiative he rectified the problem and made it an even better deal. Quick pickups, excellent customer service, quick refills. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I have been going here for years and could never go anywhere else!
