Saint Luke's Urgent Care Shoal Creek

I was able to get in right away when I could not get an appointment with my PCP. They got me into a room on time. The NP that treated me was thorough, caring, and listened to my explanation of symptoms. She was able to isolate the issue and got prescriptions filled immediately. This facility is very clean and organized. They even have a radiology dept which was needed in my case for a chest x-ray. Many urgent care facilities would have to send a patient to a hospital for an x-ray. Top notch! I would not hesitate to go here again when I have an urgent medical issue!

Nurses were very dismissive and almost just plain rude, not very concerned. Was in and out in under 30 minutes for stomach pain and vomiting told they basically could do nothing and to presume it’s a virus and that he’s contagious and that others in home will be sick in no time. Yet there has been no fever in the past 24 hours but yes let’s presume it’s a virus. Rushed experience will not return. The nicest person we dealt with was the front desk lady who seemed the most concerned out of the four total people we saw while there.

This place is one of the best kept secrets in the area. When I went it was not busy and very fast. They can do anything non-life threatening. A great alternative to ER for possible breaks, UTIs, and other urgent but not deadly needs.

Went to the urgent care and got seen by Sarah not sure her last name but this review is for her. Absolutely amazing woman I have the upmost respect for her after my visit today, I’m a single mother of a 5 month old baby boy. I had to get X-rays done,however couldn’t bring baby with me, Sarah didn’t hesitate to scoop him up and hold him while I went and got looked at. When I came back he was fast asleep in her arms, cannot thank her enough for that. Amazing ladies who work the urgent care all played a part in helping us both today. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Just going down hill since they bought it from Mosaic. That was a while ago but I've just had my last straw. I think if I wasn't the kind of person who only goes to his annual check-up and when he gets sick once a year, I'd have felt this way a long time ago. The doctors are fine, the staff is friendly, but it's the little things. Like don't tell people they don't have to check in when going to the Orthopedic doctor that's a tenant and not part of St Luke's when, in fact, you do. Don't have an "Urgent" care that shuts down for an hour for lunch. That's not what urgent is. Don't have doctors who can't even get you in for a sniffle for 60 days. I have the same doctor from when it was Mosaic, and he's a nice guy, but I'm done with the way St Luke's runs the place.
