Saint Luke's Nursing Center

My mom lived in memory care at this facility for two months until she passed. I can't say enough good things about St Luke's! Everybody I've dealt with there, from the nursing staff to the cleaning staff and the office staff has been so kind, compassionate and caring. In my experience, everybody is very diligent in doing their jobs to the very best of their ability. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anybody who is searching for a wonderful facility for a loved one.

Not happy with administration at all!! She is a very rude individual. She is definitely in the wrong line of work. I had a family live there for over 1 year. Whenever we ask for itemized bills we got the run a ran and never received one itemized bill. Transportation for my family member which was in a wheelchair was a joke. Even know they had a van to transport they never had any one legalized to drive. So my family member either couldn’t make it to their appointments or had to wait on a ride. Just a very disappointing situation to have to deal with day in and day out. I know no nursing home is perfect but this could be better if is had a better administrative person in charge!!

They have unlicensed personale working as social services and she moves around family/resident appointments without notice. The admin has no business running the facility. They barely keep a food budget but they're remodeling the building. They're priorities are insane. The staff is wonderful despite the horrible administrative staff. I just wouldn't recommend them due to administration.

Like any nursing home there are a lot of Pros and Cons. So I'm on the fence on good or bad. I have had 2 family members stay here and each had good and bad things happen. The last one was my grandfather and his nursing staff seemed to be genuine people who care a lot about him. I didn't care for some of the administration but the care received seemed improved.

St. Luke's is a wonderful place. Nice well maintained Assisted Living apartments. Friendly, caring staff. This is the perfect alternative, when a loved one needs a place to move to when additional care.
