I came in to see the doctor and their team for several concerns, and I was honestly very nervous. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything to me step by step, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel more comfortable. My fears turned out to be unfounded, and the care and reassurance I received helped me see that clearly. I am truly grateful to have been cared for by such a thoughtful and compassionate team.

Refused Necessary Surgery Due to Tobacco Use – Unjustifiable Policy I am writing this review after being refused a necessary surgical procedure by Dr. Sorensen at Saint Luke’s Hospital. My experience was highly disappointing and has resulted in a negative impact on my health and wellbeing. Dr. Sorensen refused to proceed with the operation solely because I disclosed that I use nicotine/tobacco products. While I understand that surgical risks are higher for tobacco users, the reasoning behind this refusal seems inconsistent and discriminatory with the hospital's overall patient care policies. The modest exterior belies the strength of this institution. Senior experienced medical practitioners, professional staff, consistent service, convenient location and free-parking. We have found their fees for tests and services more competitive than others in the region.

I see several doctors here. I really wish the valets would be trained to NOT manually turn off headlights set to turn on & off automatically.

This hospital onot cares about making money has no care for patient well being. I am on ssdi and they expect me to pay one fourth of my entire month income to get a test to find out why I am having seizures would not do test until I paid upfront
