Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City Medical Plaza II

I've been seeing Dr. Scott Russell as my primary care physician at St. Luke's since 2018. I typically only visit for my annual physical, but I am very fortunate to have found him because he is inquisitive, discerning, and straightforward. I also rarely have to wait long to get an appointment, but he is also responsive on the patient portal when needed.

My mother had an appointment today. While waiting three patients get called for the same doctor. When we arrived in the back we waited an hour and twenty minute. After that wait we decided to leave. I would never go back, And i'm hoping my mother can get a new doctor.

My doctor is very attentive and was prepared for my appointment, since it was my first time seeing here. She had reviewed my medical records and history thoroughly.
