Saint Johns Radiology And Associates

I never received a bill or phone call, a year later I get a collections call saying I owe St Johns Radiology $14 and some change. $14...!!?? I have perfect credit and no outstanding medical bills then this shows up.. I personally want to meet who is responsible for this..

I was a self pay individual and got an x ray is September 2018. I paid for the services and everything was good. Now a year later I get a bill in the mail. After hearing nothing for that year in between. I called thinking this has to be a mistake. They stated they cought an error and that I owe more money! Unbelievable! The medical industry is the biggest bunch of thieves ever! I would never be able to do this in my industry, it's called you eat your mistake.

Worst place to get an MRI. Services were performed by one of their radiologists and paid. Then they billed the same charge for another radiologist who had nothing to do with my care. After calling and explaining the issue with the insurance company on the call they continue to bill. Have called 4 times so far with zero help. They refuse to help rectify the problem and threaten to send the bill to collections. Stay away from St Johns Radiology and Associates.

Same experience as the others, self pay for mammogram, then get a bill months later from St Johns Radiology Associates. When I called they said they caught the mistake and billed. Then I started making payments but they sent me to collections anyway. Happened again this year. I will be changing where I go to get my mammogram due to their terrible business practices.

Outstanding invoices sent to collections when they had my wrong address. I asked why they could not pick up the phone and call me, and the billing department said they don't have that option. Ridiculous!
