I visited St James as a new patient with my children the doctor was very Nice& pleasant I made appointments after the first visit and was turned around the first time I was 9 minutes late and was told they give a 5minute grace period and the doctor was out for lunch the second time I was told go to a different location and called to let them know my arrival time was 6minutes after the appointment I was told to reschedule the 3rd appointment was 2/12 at 8:30 I called to confirm the address I got no answer I finally found the office and received a call at 8:40 and was told to reschedule I told the receptionist I was right outside the door I then went inside and was told first appointments take long I had a 5minutes after the appointment time and I could reschedule for two weeks later. Very nasty place! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I made an appointment for my 11 year old daughter as a first time patient. Her appointment was scheduled for 1:45pm. I arrived 1:55pm. The receptionist wasn’t very warm welcoming and said she had to ask the doctor if we can still be seen because usually they don’t see patients who come in late. I was only 10 mins late. I mentioned that my daughter was extremely sick and that her school took a little longer to release her to me when I picked her up. They still had no consideration for life struggles and told me I had to reschedule after I just stated my daughter is very sick. Prior to entering, I noticed the receptionist didn’t want to help a lady with her insurance card. She told the patient who had a baby in her arms to call the

Same experience at the Lafayette location: Horrible customer service on their phones. They give such confident yet wrong answers. The ppl on the phone say the front desk will print whatever I need then and there, no problem. I finally get to the office and the front desk says something completely different. How is it so hard to give me my own records? And they couldn’t care less knowing you wasted your time. They already refuse to just email it to me, so to get there and be turned away is unimaginably frustrating.

Clean place and has a good smell, medical care is incredible!!! But unfortunately the secretary is very thick, she has no way to serve the customer. She doesn't show happiness when serving the customer!! Don't even say good morning, something like that...

A comforting place, I was well served by the girl who makes the appointments. The doctor was amazing. I like to see that the place is very clean and organized!!! I see the preference in serving the customer, I'm very satisfied 🫡.
