Saint Francis Hospital

The receptionist at the desk named DJ was extremely rude. Her manager should place her through a training course on how she should speak to visitors of this establishment as well as how to control her tone of voice when she is dealing with a situation she appears to either have no knowledge of nor compassion. The banner at the front door states this a healing environment and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, she indeed was a true contradiction this day, at least to certain visitors. Do better DJ.

I hate that hospital. It definitely could use a revamp or some government funding. Staff sucks. The doctor I had was the most comforting employee there. Everyone else, No compassion. I literally was screaming & crying for help. I was begging them to not let me die & they just ignored me & kept having their side convos with each other. They treat you as if you are just a social security number and not a human life. Ugh very dissatisfying experience there. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend!

My mom came in a while back and was in very bad shape. Unfortunately there was no bathroom where she was admitted and couldn't hold it. The hospital staff treated her with such care and compassion and dignity during an extremely embarrassing time. I will never forget that ever. She went to Christiana by ambulance months later, they recommended an exploratory surgery and shes no longer with us...

The AM team was fantastic and Care was excellent. I was supposed to stay until the shift changed at 7pm. My nurse was rude and lazy and she THOUGHT she was GOING TO neglect me so I decided to pack up and leave, and i was weak and still sick. They had the constables chase me down in the parking garage asking for IV's, it was terrible experience for my kid. Also, I didn't have no family to keep her and they called DFS on me JUST for receiving care that nurse supervisor is a sly sneaky lady!! I will never come back due to those factors. Finally, the nurses who works the 7pm shift needs to be fired the duty of care declines rapidly during the graveyard shift they are neglecting the patients. Terrible experience
