The new office answering machine is completely useless! If you're trying to reach your doctors nurse or doctors office dont bother because noone ever picks up the phone. Seriously considering switching my primary Doctor & hospital. I've been with this hospital for 6+ years and now if I can give this place a negative score, I would.
The hospital is very clean and the wait to get seen in the ER is quick! They have PSAs for ALOT of patients that are really helpful.
I went to radiology department and the staff are nice and It didn't take long to get done with the x ray
I always get excellent care at st Francis 😌
