This is my mother's third stay here. The doctors and residents have been great, albeit a lot of them , the first 2 stays. We only had a couple good nurses between the first couple stats. A couple we actually disliked immensely just because they wouldn't come when called and I had to go looking for them on many occasions. And I'm doing most of the work. You're giving meds and working the pump. I'm doing everything else for my mother. This visit, She'd been waiting for a room for over 30 hours and I attached pics of the room. The minute the chair splits it's on sanitary and should be retired but yet you still have it in the room and the blind should have been fixed before you put another patient in here. It seems the more we're here the worse it gets. And unfortunately my mother's doctors ar

I was recently hospitalized for a hypertensive crisis. The staff was extraordinarily supportive and helpful. The building itself is nasty. I had to use the lobby restroom to leave a urine specimen and Walk the specimen to the OTHER side of the lobby push the glass open and leave it. Talk about CROSS CONTAMINATION. I ARRIVED at 3:30 and was admitted to room 246….. the sheets were clean (I hope) the room however was NEVER cleaned from the previous occupant. My husband took bleach wipes and alcohol wipes and wiped the surfaces and the wipes didn’t return a little dirty they were filthy. There was hair everywhere on the floor and in the bathroom room sink. I just resolved to washing my hands and everything else in the room sink. The nurse did call for a clean up but I feel that they should hav

We brought our toddler there with an ear infection during the ice storm. We were seen by the emergency room PA very quickly! She was so friendly and talked to us about her toddler son as well. She was super helpful and so sweet! All the staff were super friendly and we were in and out within an hour. Very happy with our visit!

Get ready for a long disappointing review. My MIL was a patient at St.Francis in Memphis,Tn on Park. When I tell you I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. My MIL was transferred there 12:00 am January 21, 2026. She was suppose to be in ICU. We were told that they would have an ICU bed for her upon arrival. But instead my MIL had to stay in the ER for 12hrs until they got a bed for her. While she was in the Er no one gave an update on her condition. I had to call every hour just to get an update on her. And whenever I would call the operator would have the nastiest attitude. Some operators would even hang up in my face. They finally got my MIL to her ICU bed. OMG again I had to deal with not getting an update on my MIL condition, her nurses were rude, and I didn't feel comfortable

After suffering a stroke in Jonesboro, my wife was transported and admitted to the ER on January the 12th and then transferred to ICU two days later. The care she received in the ICU was very good. She was then transferred to a step down unit after around four days. I was very disappointed in the care that she got in that unit. She was on the 5th floor in the neurological unit. A few of the nurses did a good job but many acted as I was bothering them when I would ask them a question and did the bare minimum. One of the nurses named Jerry Johnson was fantastic and if it weren’t for him, I don’t think that she would have survived the 19 days she stayed there. The case manager, Paula, was an angry woman that raised her voice at me on one occasion and slammed her office door in my face on anot
