I am always a little nervous when visiting a new doctor and a new building within a much larger building. Needless to say I had no reason to be nervous. Dr. Turbow was so kind and I felt comfortable with her. So often I couldn't remember the answers to her questions, as often happens with me, so she gave me time and let me know all was okay if I couldn't remember. I have a few tests coming up but I feel good knowing she will be the one letting me know what all is going on.

Dr Turbow is amazing, she explains everything in great detail. We really appreciate her being so kind, caring, and compassionate.

I am truly blown away by the continuation of these issues today. I got a call from Heather, whom I've worked with for over a year and never experienced issues. The call today was a follow up after she was out of the office for a period of time. I let Heather know the matter was finally handled and mentioned that it had nothing to do with her, but with others who were negligent and didn't do as they said they would, putting me in a really bad position with a much needed medication. Her response? That I need to be more respectful. Unbelievable. After thinking about this for a few minutes, I called Heather back to let her know how inappropriate her comment was. Don't bother wasting your time going here. This has been the second time we were checked in and didn't see the doctor. The first time we checked in early and after 30 minutes past the appointment time the nurse told the front desk it would be about 40 minutes before they could see us. The front desk then lied and said it would be 20 more minutes. Told them we would reschedule because we were already missing work. Today the same thing happened. We checked in early and asked if Dr East was running behind. The front desk told us no the only time they run behind is in the afternoon when other patients check in late.
