My Husband is getting cancer care at St. Als. The care is very good. The only problem is all great Doctors are leaving. Trinity Health Billing is impossible to deal with. They keep billing us for covered care. I have well over 50 hours, since they took over, trying to get the billing department to do their Jobs. Every time I call and explain what is wrong and why I don't owe a bill because they billed it incorrectly they NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH! They just turn it over to collections. Please just train you people. If I could I would give them a 0!

While I have several unfortunate stories to share about them, I will keep it simple and stick with a basic warning to future patients. I have an insurance that requires me to reach a high deductible prior to kicking in. As such, with each visit I ask for the cash price to determine if it makes sense to pay in full or run it through the insurance first. On two separate visits they have given me a cash price that I paid in full (prior to the service). I then received a bill for additional monies. I could understand if I had additional services provided, but Nothing was done beyond what was scheduled/disclosed. When I have reached out to them they say they will look into it or ignore me completely.

They suck they wait for ever to bill you. You get 5 different bills because every one is contracted. We switched to st Luke’s and they only give you one bill. St Alphonsus is horrible managed. They revised a bill after we left there. It took them 7 months which is crazy. Do not trust this company. I would never go back here after going to st Luke’s. St Luke’s is properly managed and they don’t give you suprise bills.

I had a life changing accident on March 13th. My husband took me to St. Alphonsus ER in Boise. I ended up in the hospital for four days, the longest I’ve ever spent in a hospital. The quality of care I received from start to finish was exceptional. Special thanks to my nurse Katie in the ER, Jelena on the orthopedic floor, and Lin, my OR nurse who all took the time to really connect with me and take special care of me. Thank you to the St. Al’s staff for making me feel well cared for during a very difficult time in my life.
