Everyone at the surgical center was professional, genuinely friendly, and very reassuring. The nurse took the time to clearly explain what to expect, which helped me feel comfortable and prepared. The anesthesiologist also came by beforehand, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure to ask if I had any questions. Dr. Nick Spirtos checked in with me as well, making sure I was doing okay and asking if I had any last-minute questions before the procedure. I truly appreciated the time and care everyone took to make me feel at ease. Before I knew it, I was being taken into the surgery room. The entire surgical center was exceptionally clean, welcoming, and calming. From start to finish, the environment and the staff made the experience feel safe, organized, and very reassuring.
