Provider is dismissive and often rude. She seems disinterested in my symptoms, has a cold manner and has never once called me by name or smiled

There is no doctor here. It is a nurse clinic. APRN Victoria Hughes arrived to our appointment late and wasn't aware my wife had bloodwork, despite it being available to us client side. She quickly skimmed through the bloodwork confused, making a range of wild guesses. My wife has a positive ANA, high titer, dense fine speckled pattern, suggests lupus or Sjogren's. Low hemoglobin, MCH, MCV, MCHC, suggests autoimmune inflammation and lupus. Elevated CRP C-Reactive protein, suggests lupus. Protein in urine + Leukocyte esterase, not normal at any level, suggests lupus. Malar butterfly rash, SLE sores, connective tissue pain, all specific to lupus as defined by ACR and Eular criteria. All indicates autoimmune disease, specifically SLE systemic lupus erythematosus. The APRN said there is 'no'

Healthcare provider that over promises and under delivers even outright just failing to follow through on life sustaining healthcare services. Poor communication with clients/patients even simply ignoring the most basic needs in function and service for simple referrals in basic fax communications, medical records charting. Basic doctor services were good and reasonably reliable as to when available and as demonstrated medical assistant follow through when directed by in-house physicians. Would never recommend local reno office for any type of real substantive medical healthcare or case management as they are not equipped after two years to handle the most basic functions of the perfunctory duties that are customary and routine.

Front staff was great to work with on my visit. The provider spent a great deal of time with me - which is uncommon these days - to get a full health history and discuss the next steps in my treatment plan.

Impossible to get the front desk to answer phone or even call you back!! I spoke to someone not at the Reno office and they said they would put in an urgent message for a return phone call. No call yet! Not good patient care when the patient is trying to taper off steroids and needs to get ahold of provider!!!! They need a new front desk person!!!!
