Kayla is amazing! She is so understanding and flexible with scheduling and the sessions are always so relaxing. Unlike so many other PTs, I feel like I can rattle off a series of different issues and she will take the time to acknowledge them all and will likely also tell me how they’re related. I live for the dry needling but she also gives great stretches and breathing exercises to do at home.

As an athlete I used think having pain somewhere was normal. Since working with Kayla I am pain free for the first time in 10 years. She is extremely personable and explains everything in a way that you don't need a PHD to understand, but also very professional. I am usually nervous about signing up for packages, but she has shown me I need regular maintenance from Sage PT to perform at my best. I recommend building Dr Kayla into your schedule on a weekly or monthly basis.
