David is a straight shooter. I brought in a pair of hearing aids I bought on line for him to adjust. He basically told me they were crap and that I needed to purchase better quality hearing aids.. We made a selection among a number of recommendations and he ordered them. Unfortunately, he ordered the wrong ones so they have to reprocess the order. 7/15/25 I’m updating my review to say that my hearing aids did arrive and I was immediately called and an appointment was made for the fitting. David was fantastic. Very thorough and very patient. I would now give Sage Hearing a 5 for outstanding service.

I can’t say enough good things about Sage Hearing and David King! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely top-notch. David went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly with my new hearing aids. His dedication and patience were truly appreciated. The receptionist is wonderful. She is so warm, personable, and incredibly welcoming. You can tell she really cares about their patients and want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. I said I would! We were here in January on our first visit seeking adjustments to my wife’s hearing aids. Dave went above and beyond not only adjusting and updating the hearing aids, but included a complete hearing test to cover any changes to her hearing. I said we would be back, and we just had our second visit to replace the old hearing aids with the latest and greatest in hearing aid technology available today! We’ve not had the service or follow-up care from any other provider in the past that we have received from David and Jaimie at Sage Hearing Solutions!
