I had a lymphatic drainage massage done by Stefani. She started by asking if I was having any specific areas of concern and if there were any issues she needed to be aware of before she started. She created a warm and welcoming environment for the session and made me feel at ease right away. She also did a deep tissue massage on my upper back, neck and shoulders, where I hold my tension. The entire process was relaxing and I felt great when she was done. Afterward, she went over tips for stretches and techniques to extend the benefits of the massage. I would highly recommend Stefani, I had great results.
