The front desk person, Patty, is the best. Great first person contact. Not just pleasant but effecient and understanding. This office is effecient, clean and provides good care. Would recommend to anyone espesially with urgent care needs as I had. Thanks to all for your professionalism

I like that in my appointment I was treated by nice & friendly staff. My concern was that today’s was a first appointment but they focus on the dental exam and when they were finish they put me back in the waiting room to wait for my cleaning appoitment which was the only reason why I had set the appointment on the first place. My cleaning was schedule for 330 & I was sitting in the chair at almost 4:15p. I suggest for the next time to be a smooth transition that once you are in the chair they will not treat you like you were done & walked you out to have you go back again that felt very disorganized.

Had a scheduled appointment and was turned away when I showed up at the time confirmed in the text. They tried to blame it on the online system to say I was double booked, but I had a follow up call two days prior confirming the date and time. I also received a lecture about how difficult it is for them to use insurance for clients. Extremely disheartening after taking time off from work to finally get some dental work done. Awful professionalism. I’m thankful they did not have the opportunity to work on my teeth if this is how they handle simple logistics.

We needed dental care fast for my terminally ill stepfather and Sage Dental was the only dental clinic able to see us the next day. Not only did they do the exam, they were able to perform the necessary cleaning during the same visit as he is not in a condition to continuously leave the house. The staff were extremely caring and professional. Nee’see was AMAZING, she ensured we were taken care of and comfortable during the entire visit. The exam was free and they offered a dental payment plan since we didn’t have insurance.
