Place it is desorganize "operational wize", most of the personel has ogre actitud, and they wil try realy hard to push services that you don't need. After, awhile and call my referral Dr. I managed to cut down 500.00. Also, they give you an appointment for one time and end up attending 1:30 hr later.

I should have read the reviews before booking here. Unfortunately, my experience was very similar to what others have described. I chose this office because they were listed as in-network with my insurance and were close to my new home. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed it multiple times. When I arrived, I was informed of a copay that had never been mentioned beforehand. After being brought back, only minimal X-rays were taken before the appointment quickly turned into a sales pitch. The hygienist strongly pushed a “blasting clean” treatment rather than a standard cleaning. I explained multiple times that I was not interested and only wanted a routine cleaning, which I’ve had many times before. Wonderful experience each time. Barbie at the front desk is so welcoming and takes care of my family and I immediately. Dr. Nashed is professional and caring with my dental treatments. Yami is super helpful and explains/answers all my concerns.

Barbie has been amazing every time I call, she gets me in the same day. My temp bridge keeps coming out and I’m dealing with the VA for approval. She is always understanding and helpful to get me right in and suggest seeing someone in the Boca area where I was at during the last time it came out. Front desk staff cost this office our entire family This was our first and last visit to Sage Dental in Winter Haven. My husband and I completed all insurance and medical forms twice — first by phone and again through their own text system after they requested the information again. We received confirmation texts and appointment reminders. Everything was done correctly on our end. When we arrived, the front desk assistant (Noemí) claimed she could not find our information and implied we never submitted it. When I showed her the confirmation texts from their system, she dismissed me and said: “I’m not saying you didn’t do it. Go sit down.” While waiting, I verified that every form on my phone showed “Completed.” I walked back to the desk to show her the proof. At that moment, she was no
