Tula is an outstanding dental hygienist! She always explains everything clearly before starting, which makes me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. Her cleanings are incredibly thorough yet gentle my teeth have never felt better. On top of that, she’s warm, professional, and somehow always smells amazing, which just adds to the overall pleasant experience. I actually look forward to my appointments because of her. Highly recommend!

Dr.Londono, Samantha and the dental hygienist were super helpful, detailed, kind and professional. I was happy to get an analysis of my dental health and constructing a plan to help improve and maintain my teeth health. I was impressed by the knowledge and technology used to indicate what was going on and how to proceed. They were very transparent and insightful. I would definitely recommend this location! The dental office requested changing my appointment from 3 to 1 o’clock, which was fine with me. I arrived at 1 o’clock and had all my paperwork done online beforehand. The check-in staff was very nice, so I sat down and proceeded to wait for ONE HOUR!! It wasn’t that busy and I proceeded to see people come and go without being called myself. At 2 o’clock, I went to the front desk and was told ‘Sorry somehow we missed you we will take you back in just a few moments’. Overall, the appointment was pretty good considering it was a dentist appointment, and no hard feelings. My plan of treatment is acceptable to me. Life goes on no worries.🤷🏻‍♀️

Took the day off work, to get a cleaning done as a new patient. No cleaning was done, only X-rays and recommendations on services at an extra cost. Was told that cleanings are not done the same day for new patients and that the cleaning will be over two days. Not only did this visit cost me a day of work, but it will also cost me two more days, because a full mouth cleaning is usually done over 2 days. I've never heard or experienced a multiple day cleaning. I most definitely will not return and would not recommend this dental office or the franchise at all. Seems the lack of communication between their over the phone service and office will cost the customer days off work as they do not inform you of this prior to booking you. Hope this helps!!

The implant project went very well. I was worried that I would not be satisfied; however, it turned out better than I expected. The doctors and their assistants were very nice to me. Their kindness calmed my fears and made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you Sage Dental.
