According to office manager advising them you plan to give a bad review is a threat so what is Google review for then? Last i checked bad reviews and opinions so here we are. Long story short I handle all of my adult sons appointments for health reasons and I spoke to this office a few days ago with no problem in regards to his appointment and insurance. He attends the appointment and then calls me after the appointment from the car to explain to me a "mandatory" bone procedure with a cost of over $500 outside of his insurance wuth confusion. So to gain clarity I call back into the office to because I will be the person paying and also because id like to know where this bone is coming from? Greetings on entrance, escorted to room within 5 minutes. Saw dentist and replaced filling in a very respectable time. Service was excellent

This is probably one of the worst dentist experiences I’ve ever had. First my appointment was at 8:00 am, front office staff didn’t show up until 8:07. Then as I’m completing the paper work I was instructed to indicate no I don’t have insurance. I’m sure that will come back in the form of a bill. I clearly have dental insurance as I have brought my son in for a pediatric appointment and used my insurance then, the staff even remembers the interaction. She claims she will update the file. I’m sure she was rushing the paper work since she was late to open the office. Onto the dental exam, the dentist asked me absolutely no questions prior to making a recommendation. She said okay you have a couple small cavities to fill and I would like to replace your crown. Well yes that’s why I’m here, my

My. Wife had an appointment with Dr. Lemus today and she was pleasantly surprised. Says he was very nice and informative. Will continue to see him. Very pleased.

Initially I was scheduled for the next day, which was my mistake, but Z, Vallory, & Tiara all greeted me very well and let me know that I could be seen today which was awesome and very accommodating. Then, I get to my Doctor after the x-rays and not waiting long at all, and they had me in and out before I could even type an email for work. I appreciate the friendliness, sense of urgency, good care, and referrals for what I need. I will be back.
