I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Valencia, and the experience was absolutely excellent. The procedure was smooth, quick, and completely painless. Dr.Valencia was professional, gentle, and made sure l was comfortable the entire time. I also want to give a special shoutout to Paige at the front office-she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this office Waterford Lakes rocks !!!!

This was the worst cleaning I have ever had. I been getting cleaning for yesrs like more than 20yrs. My experiences with other hygienists are, after they use the water pick on my teeth I get a thorough brushing with a solution then they dental floss, and ending the cleaning with a good rinse. I found my hygienist was very rough of which one part started bleeding. She stopped, showed me the area with a mirror and proceeded to sell me a Perio tray which cost $750 of which I can not afford. During the conversation I had to ask her several times to give me something to rinse my mouth. I had the impression from my first visit 6-7 months ago a suspicion that if I didn't accept their recommendation they will refuse to present me with an other alternatives or refuse render the service. I do not recommend purchasing this package. It provides coverage for the initial visit only and offers very limited value beyond that. Patients who are unable to afford additional recommended services are not provided with alternative options or flexible solutions. Additionally, the manner in which Edian Jones the office manager spoke about people needing to know about their oral hygiene comes across unprofessional and insensitive. Constructive guidance is important, but it should be delivered respectfully. After reviewing the numerous one-star ratings from other individuals, there appears to be a consistent pattern of dissatisfaction that should be taken into consideration before choosing this facility.

Anyplace not willing to share prices over the phone are scams. The only reason to not share a price over the phone is because you literally need to see a patient in person to see their tooth. But if a patient is telling you they have the X-ray to show you, the number tooth that needs to be worked on, and all the information you need from there General dentist, but they are still telling you they are unwilling to give you a price over the phone and you have to come in, waste your time and money, they are officially a scam place

What a Pleasant Experience for a Wisdom Tooth Removal! Starting with Ivonne at the Front Desk, so helpful and diligent with my insurance confusions. The Doctor / Dentist Jonathan Alvarez was so Profesional, knowledgeable and with just some numbness and light anesthesia, everything was painless. Just like he promised! In less than 5 minutes my tooth was out! Even his Assistant was impressive with the attention to all the details.
