Wonderful people! My insurance recently changed to an HMO and I had no idea what that meant, and Roberta helped me navigate who to call and what to do, and despite that lasting nearly an hour past my appointment time, they still took me in and did an extremely thorough consultation. Everyone was so kind and helpful, they took all my concerns very seriously and truly went above and beyond to ensure I was fully taken care of, and they had a treatment plan ready to go almost immediately. Very thankful this is the office I chose to go to!

Dr.De La Cruz is a great dentist. She is amazing and very professional. When you need her she is there for you to answer any questions. She is always there for you. My husband had a full mouth treatment and she did an amazing job. My husband’s smile is great. If you book with her you will not regret it.

They was given Bad Experience – Misleading “Free Consultation” I had a very disappointing experience at Sage Dental in Royal Palm. I was told as a new patient that I would receive a free consultation. I came in because I was in pain and explained that I wanted the problem area addressed first. At no point did I refuse or decline the free new-patient consultation. After the visit, I was unexpectedly charged $150.00 for what they called a “Sage plan,” which was explained as a charge for the visit itself. This was never clearly disclosed beforehand, and it directly contradicted what I was told about the free consultation. I feel this was misleading and unfair, especially since I was seeking care due to pain and relied on what was communicated to me before the appointment. Transparency matters

I had such a great experience with Sage Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean and modern, and everything ran on time. My provider took the time to explain each step, answer all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit. It's rare to find a dental team that combines professionalism with such genuine care, but Sage Dental delivers both. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients!

I have good teeth, just do regular cleaning with another dental office which is covered by my insurance. The dental office recently left my insurance network, that's why I tried to switch to Sage Dental and expected to continue to do regular cleaning. When I made the appointment, they told me my insurance is good, will cover everything. During the visit, I had to pay a fee and they said insurance does not cover it. They told me I had to do a deep cleanning which will cost hundres of dollor that incurance does not cover. In the end, after wasting so much time, they did nothing usful for me, just keep sending me bills that they say insurance don't cover....
