Sage Dental of Port St. Lucie

My son (6) is a new patient at Sage dental and our first appointment was great. We didn’t wait long to be let in and they got straight to the cleaning and x-rays. The dentist was caring, patient, and answered all of our questions very well. Very happy to have found this office.

Miss Cici and Miss Marilyn were wonderful in assisting my son with his wisdom teeth extractions. They helped to make it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Dr Schuessler was patient and answered all of our questions & concerns with a very pleasant bedside manner, as well. We will indeed be back with the rest of our family. Highly recommend!

This company has ripped our family off for 2 years. They stole over $1,000 from us by billing insurance incorrectly. After learning that they are charging our insurance incorrectly we asked to have it fixed, that was over 18 months ago. They billed us directly and we paid. They told us they were working on it but that it takes time. Now our claims are out of the period for review with zero refund. One employee told us we had a credit of $800 (should be over $1200) and they refused to issues the refund as requested. A month later the “manager” told my wife off on the phone. We have 4 kids, an adult, and one orthodontic patient. After dealing with this issues for 2 years we are done. My opinion is to go somewhere else because they will just try to rip you off, steal your money and lie about

the staff is always kind when i walk in the door, the dentist and orthodontist reassures me of my smile, making sure i get the smile ive always wanted. Marylynn was very outgoing and treated me as a friend instead of a patient. Cassandra my has been my dental hygienist for a few years and she’s always treated me with kindness and im comfortable to say i trust her with my smile :)

Went to get an examination for future cleaning, was told I had 3+ cavities and needed to be on a treatment plan. They also insisted I need braces because I still have 1 baby tooth that hasn’t come out yet even though it’s still in good standing (not rotting and no cavities). Felt an overwhelming amount of pressure, they kept on INSISTING. Treatment plan would’ve cost me around $1500. I decided to stick with my dentist who’s in Ft. Lauderdale. He said the most I needed was a filling for ONE cavity plus a deep cleaning. Cost me 1/5th of the price Sage was charging me. He even said he doesn’t see what these people were seeing. Can’t trust them when I feel like they were only trying to take advantage. Would not recommend AT ALL
