Sage Dental of Poinciana

I was an emergency patient; first time at this location. It was an amazing experience I didn’t know what to expect. I was treated with respect, my situation was not easy and they welcome me. They took the time to explain my options and they listen to what I had to say at the end I was happy with the outcome. The office was clean, calm environment and the staff was informative. I would recommend Sage Dental at Poinciana location

Dr. Gonzalez, who treated me, was not only highly professional but also took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood every step of the process. The clinic feels modern, clean, and welcoming, and it’s clear they’re dedicated to providing the best care possible. I felt confident and at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Urfrig is phenomenal!! I never thought I could have an extraction with just local anesthesia. He was absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. I did not feel a thing! I will follow Dr. Urfrig wherever he practices from now on. The staff were all amazing as well. Overall it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

I have always been afraid of dentist. But this clinic made me feel so welcome all the staff were so kind and friendly. I have never done a deep cleaning and I just did one and the doctor was so professional on everything she did she took great care of me. Definitely this is going to be my permanent office. I’m looking forward to take care of my teeth in this clinic. Five stars is not enough I give it a 200% satisfaction. Keep up the excellent work you guys do.

The receptionist and X-ray tech are very nice and professional, but that's about it. The hygienist seemed completely disinterested and unwilling to speak English (my Spanish is very good). I regret having paid for a "family plan" prior to being seen because they don't do routine cleanings without first paying for a $1000.00+ "deep cleaning." Shameful practice.
