Front desk staff was nice and the only person who smiled at me during my while experience. I had a Long wait time , came in for 930 appointment wasnt called back for another 40 mins. The tech was very cold and not very pleasant. I really hated how she didn’t explain things while doing it. While taking the X rays with bite block, It was very uncomfortable and she could have been more accommodating when I told her it hurts. The Dr was str8 to the point but pleasant at least. She took her time and asked if I had any questions. The hygienist was nice and great customer service interaction.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was first greeted by Reni at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. We had a few questions about my co-pay, and she patiently called my insurance company and spoke with a representative to clarify my coverage. I truly appreciated her professionalism and customer service. However, my overall experience after that was very disappointing. I scheduled a routine check-up and cleaning. My dental insurance fully covers cleanings, so this should have been straightforward. The hygienist asked if I had ever had a deep cleaning before, which I have not, and it has never been recommended by my previous dentist. STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. First arrived had to take out all the piercings which is fine but they could have said that first during my waiting time. Then the x ray tech had to redo half my X-rays because they weren’t done correctly. After that she says maybe I can get a cleaning if Rosa’s next patient doesn’t show up. You hear them discussing other patient records, see them on the screens and no one introduces themself or greets you, talks among themself in Spanish. Then I get in my seat for my cleaning and the lady shows me the total of $58. Made it seem as I couldn’t get the cleaning without paying for all the extras. So I declined it and she was visibly irritated with me. Then very roughly starts cleaning my teeth and hits my tongue with the scraper and says oh are you

This dental clinic is a scam. Stay away at all cost. They are not interested in your dental health. Went for a check up and cleaning. After being strong armed and upsold, left after an hour without the cleaning which was supposed to cost $330. My dental insurance covers cleaning for free. Do NOT sign their estimate! They say it is only an estimate, but if you read the fine print, you'll find you are on the hook for that and possibly more! Find somewhere else!

The staff is very attentive, helpful, coordinated my care with grace, and treated me like a VIP, even on a busy Wednesday! I had great conversation with almost every team member and I felt safe, comfortable and respected during my visit! Dr. Sood is amazing as well as Dr. Rosa and Dr. Viola! I would highly recommend my friends and family to come and see this team!
