Sage Dental of North Druid Hills

This was my very first visit to Sage Dental of North Druid Hills, and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this office and the entire team. From the very beginning, Nick at the front desk went above and beyond. I was having trouble finding the office, and he actually took the time to meet me at the nearby Steak ’n Shake and guide me right in. I didn’t even realize the office was right there! That level of kindness and consideration truly meant a lot to me. Robert, who also works at the front desk, was amazing—funny, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. Absolutely positive experience. Dr Chad’s expertise in his craft was above my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable with the latest facets and technology in dentistry. Bree at the reception desk ~ helpful, thorough, simply wonderful. Even the Jerry the technician, Happy, who took my xrays were all very pleasant and accommodating. State of the art equipment.

I was amazed. I had went to various dental offices within the past year and this Location by far was the greatest. They front desk was Awesome, Ms.Chasidy has such a pleasant personality and she was so professional. My Hygienist (Farina Jahan) was so incredibly skilled. She was able to remove my nervousness regarding my treatment. She explained everything in full detail. Last but not least my Dentist Dr. Chad Harris was the bomb, my kind of guy , straight forward and very detailed in explaining to me my upcoming treatment. I Love this Location.

Dr. Chad Harris did a phenomenal job with first my introduction and patient establishment and then my teeth filling. He is really interpersonal and truly takes his time to hear the concerns of the people. He also takes his time to get the job done with no rush. Would highly recommend

Unfortunately, I spoke too soon when I initially gave this office a 5 . I am downgrading my review to a 2 from a 5. Pretty much, I love a great dental office. This is not fitting of what I originally thought. I am actually thoroughly disappointed. Enough for me to change my review which is an incredibly rare occurrence for me. I did, however, have some good interactions with the front office staff therefore, this office doesn't really deserve a 1. But... I am actually STILL waiting for a returned call after having left several messages about my treatment plan and about the pricing (which wasn't what I was quoted). When I spoke with my dental provider - before the bill came from the dental office, I called the dental office. I'm very sad that this is a money grab! It's crazy...but here w
