Excellent service and all of the staff are patient friendly and helpful. The dentist is amazing!! I hand to get a same-day crown and they kept their word by getting it done the same day. Just moving to TN I needed a dentist and fast. I got in right away and could not believe the level of care their entire staff give you!!! Coming from Las Vegas where Drs caring about you is a joke to Sage dental was such a pleasant surprise. This dental journey from root canals and cavities to partials and bone grafting - Dr Pitts and April held my hand through the entire process (so to speak) they came up with a way to keep my smile with minimal down time. They utilized my insurance to the utmost. Then when it came for the fitting - I was in so much pain until Paula worked her magic!!! I am just so very grateful that I just happened to call Sage Dental!!! I’ve sent all my friends and family to see them. I now look forward to going to the dentist. Call them - you won’t regret it!!

the worst dental experience of our lives. 1. Insurance was not fully confirmed beforehand (made the appointment on Tuesday AM it’s Thursday PM) so I got directions on things to do right before my appointment because I stopped in, they did not give me these instructions earlier in the day or the day prior. 2. Office manager is condescending and passive aggressive. I could write a whole post of her microaggressions. 3. I’m shocked in 2026 successful practices do not understand or practice equity. I have a 16 year old who is going to college next year, drives, works at the grocery store, and has straight a’s. We are new to the area and decided to give Sage Dental a try and so glad we did! From April at the front desk to Taylor and Rebecca, the assistants and of course Dr Pitts, everyone was so welcoming and attentive and explained everything to me at each step of the way! Highly recommend this office for all your dental care needs!
