Sage Dental of Eastside Orlando

I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case it’s deserved. I’ve been to many dentists offices in my life. This one tops all the others. The staff is extremely nice. I’ve had no problem making appts and never have waited more than 10 min. The doctor is very professional and the front manager is extremely nice. In fact, everyone is! Makes me think, are they pumping something thru the ac system:):) of course joking. I just want to sincerely say Thank You for making one of the top things I dislike in life so painless:):) Your whole team our rock stars!!!

Absolutely the worst experience that I have ever had with a dental office. It took over 4 months to get a crown, have an extraction and get a partial. Poor communication, poor office practice, and being lied to. To top off my experience, when the dentist was extracting my tooth, she broke the crown that was next to it. And I was charged for the lab fee to replace what she broke. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE

Worst dental office ever. Talked to two ladies at the front desk asking if I can get a copy of my x ray. Both of them were inpatient and rude. I had to point out to them, asking them why they are so impatient and rude to me today. It’s only after that they started being nice. Stay away from this place because when I was a paying patient here last time they were nice but today I only wanted to get x ray. They probably know I am asking for x ray because I am going to some other dental office so they were being inpatient and rude to me.

DON’t come to this office!!! I took my son to Sage Oviedo yesterday and had an amazing experience. My daughter came to this location today and it was horrible The front desk (Jessica) is so rude. We were scheduled for 2 pm and were seen for a panoramic only at 3 pm (1 hour of wait), then doctor 15 min later, and hygienist at 3:40! Almost 2 hours in the office. Both kids were due to checkup and both offices printed the same procedures being done, however, this office tried to charge us extra saying that insurance wouldn’t cover everything . Now, take a look at how dirty the place is: POOP smeared on the walls, dirt on the floor, and also doctor’s machine. TERRIBLE! Go to the Oviedo location! Totally different experience.

Horrible experience and very disappointing. I came at 8:00 AM for my annual cleaning, but it took two hours just to complete the X-ray. After that, I was told to come back another day for the cleaning because another patient was waiting. When I returned for the cleaning, the dental hygienist insisted that I do treatment together with the cleaning, even though I only wanted a regular cleaning. I couldn’t even get a basic cleaning done. This experience was frustrating and poorly managed, and the front desk staff was very rude. I will not be coming back. I’ve been coming here for years, but this business has gone way downhill since the change in ownership. This completely ruined my day.
