This dental office is wonderful. The dentist takes the time to thoroughly examine all of your teeth and makes sure you understand your treatment options. You never feel rushed, and they truly care about giving you the best plan possible. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them!

I came for a extraction and consultation. I didn't get the tooth thats been causing me pain removed. Why ..because the Dentist said he could " save it " now we begin the consultation. I know I needed my whole top implants , we both agreed on that . He than said if I cannot save it or if it is to far gone he would have to remove it (the tooth that i came to pull anyway) and replaced with a implant. Didn't make sense he said don't remove it i can save it than said let's replace it . I was fine either way just want the pain to stop. So we agreed for one last consultation before finial decision. Now sales come in to talk price. I had already got one quote for my whole month implants. The sales lady was nice and said she would knock off some money to help the price of everything. She did but he

My appointment was pushed back 30 min without any notification. When I arrived, I was told to “sign here and pay the copay,” only to see an $80 charge for an oral cancer screening I did not request. I refused and was told X-rays were mandatory, so I paid for those. I was seen by the hygienist, who mentioned mild inflammation, then by the dentist, who said everything looked good. After waiting a total of 1.5 hours, I expected my teeth cleaning to begin. Instead, I was told to grab my coat and was taken to the front to review a care plan. I stated I was confused because I came in for a cleaning. I was then told I needed “preventative treatment” to avoid a deep cleaning and was asked to sign a $500 care plan. I refused multiple times despite being pressured. I explained my insurance covers

I visited Sage Dental in mid-December for a basic cleaning since my regular dentist was booked. Before any exam, I was told to pay an $80 copay (which I’ve never paid at a dentist with my insurance) and was automatically signed up for a cancer screening I didn’t request. After nearly two hours, they still hadn’t started my cleaning only photos and gum checks and then told me I had cavities and needed a $500 “higher-level” cleaning due to supposed bleeding gums. They pressured me to do it urgently and claimed I wouldn’t need money down with a payment plan, but once I agreed, they asked for $100 upfront. Between constant changes, upselling, and even paid parking, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading. I just left my regular dentist today, and they found no cavities, no bleeding,

Caution to new patients with insurance, expecting to have a simple cleaning. Sage Dental does things differently. When I arrived they charge me a $55 copay for an extra x-ray they claim they need. This is a new thing, usually x-rays are covered once a year by my insurance, but I agree to pay it. When you are called back for the cleaning you scheduled, they start with x-rays (seems logical), followed by the dentist coming to check everything, then followed by a hygentist, who doesn't clean your teeth, but looks at every tooth/guns. I was told I needed to fix a small filling and the hygentist said to floss more in a certain area, but overall that I am doing a good job. Cleaning must be next, I need to get back to work… I have been here over an hour+. Now the office staff comes to discuss
