Sage Dental took such good care of my husband! The front desk was super helpful with scheduling and insurance, and the hygienist was very gentle and thorough. The dentist took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all my questions without rushing me. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

this is the worst experience I have ever experienced at A dental office. I went in for a simple cleaning, got told that I had no cavities, no lesions, no decay and just needed a cleaning, and waited two hours for them to tell me that if I didn’t do some preventative gingivitis deep cleaning that was worth more than I can afford at the moment because I’m a student, that they have to follow protocol and refuse me treatment. they basically told me that if I didn’t wanna do what they wanted me to do, I couldn’t even get my teeth cleaned. Two hours sitting in the office, five different people attended to me, all in span of like 20 minutes. I was told that if I opted for the treatment that they wanted, I would have to wait a long time. They are awful and not deaf-friendly. They tried to charge me more for a deep pro cleaning. I refused. Then they tried to treat me like an idiot. That's very disrespectful! Whoever reads this, this is for deaf people only. Don't go there. Some deaf people came here, and they were not happy. They want more money from your pockets even when insurance isn't enough for them. Worse experience

First, about ease of access for people with disabilities. Special entrance from the roadway (photo), smooth entry through the threshold (photo). There are no obstacles. Quite a decent establishment. They showed up at the appointed time and didn't have to wait for an appointment. There are many young employees working as nurses; they are just learning, this is understandable. The doctors are qualified and friendly. Prices have risen again, as elsewhere, this is a common problem. Our payments are growing by 3%, and prices by several times. There are no complaints about the quality of work so far, we'll see what happens next. Good location, convenient parking.

i had a genuinely horrible experience at Sage Dental Conway!! I'll definitely be reporting them to the State Dental Board. I went in with no pain and no known decay just for a cleaning, yet was quickly pushed into crown treatment. During a follow-up visit, the care felt rushed and unsafe. Local anesthetic was given and the treatment began immediately without waiting for it to take effect. when I told them I was in pain, the assistant ignored me & still tried to rush through the procedure!! At one point, air was blown directly onto an exposed nerve, which caused EXTREME pain and tears. After this, I was suddenly told I might need a root canal on a tooth that had never hurt before any work was done?? I ended up crying in the office from pain & confusion, which should never happen in a prof
