Absolutely exceptional experience! I walked in feeling very nervous since it had been quite a while, but from the very first moment, my husband and I were met with genuine compassion, patience, and kindness. Every single staff member—from check-in, to the hygienist, X-ray tech, and doctor—went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. What could have been an anxiety-filled visit turned into a truly pleasant and reassuring experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We both left feeling confident, at ease, and grateful we chose this office. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming environment. I really wanted to like this dental office. I gave it multiple chances, but unfortunately each visit came with some sort of negative experience. During one visit while having a crown placed, the dental assistant dropped the crown in a way that caused it to slide down my throat and I swallowed it. Instead of an apology, the staff laughed and repeatedly joked that I “ate the crown.” As a bigger woman, those comments felt insensitive and inappropriate. Even so, I tried to brush it off and continued coming back because mistakes happen. However, the comments about me “eating” the crown were brought up more than once, which made it even more uncomfortable. My final straw was today. I had a 4:00 appointment and was chastised for not confirming it, even though I’m confident I did, and regardless,

very sweet staff, took some time to realize the extreme hospitality is to make up for the lacking sense of urgency, especially considering patients in pain needing emergency care. Jessica informed me it was Dr. Dibs team that failed to put together my “care plan” a.k.a my itemized quote of work to be done from my appointment 9/29 for an extraction consultation. I did not receive the email the team communicated I would, I called on Monday 10/1 and experienced the 2nd failed attempt after again being communicated that I would receive the email with requested quote. now it is Tuesday and on my 3rd attempt of calling the office to receive what should have been completed 9/29 - Jessica tells me it will take time to put together which is why they cannot send me the email while on the phone with

I am a very timid dental patient. It is not my favorite thing to do going to a dentist. But, this was my BEST dental experience ever! Everyone was so patient, kind and professional!
