Sage Bluff Health & Rehab Center

My mom came to Sagebluff in August after leaving Assisted Living.I am extremely happy with the entire staff there.I appreciate every employee I have met there.I am there almost everyday and they are very patient and caring with her.I am thankful for that but need to give a big shout out to Tina and Chloe on rehab hall.They communicate with me EVERY day I come in to check on mom. Sagebluff you have a great employee team and I appreciate you ALL.Thank you!!!!

I'm very impressed with Sage Bluff facility & especially their staff. They arranged transportation for me & admissions was a breeze. I was in a comfortable room in no time. Staff are attentive, friendly & helpful. We were treated very well. I'm very glad I came to Sage Bluff!

I am writing this to commend Sage Bluff for their professionalism and commitment to truly caring about their residents. In addition, I am also impressed with the relationship staff build with families. Customers are always welcomed warmly and made to feel Important. I found that I had to express these thoughts because so often this very difficult work goes unrecognized.

I recently recommended this community to a friends family memeber. She couldn't be happier.She has been there 2 weeks and she loves her room, the staff and activities. Sage Bluff boasts private suites for their rehab residents and that means a lot, no sharing a tv and family visits go uninterupted. So glad that my friend shared such a glowing report. I highly recommend Sage Bluff.

I live at Sage Bluff and the staff and the nurses I believe are very good. There are 5 nurses that are awesome! Dawn, Bethany, Brenda, Janelle and Kesha. It is a nice place to live and we have activities we do and outings we do that are fun! If you know someone or have a family member that needs a place, come check us out!
