From mine & my husband's first sessions with Sarah, we knew she was the very best massage therapist we've ever encountered. We both had/have major issues (plantar fasciitis, pre-rotator cuff surgery & complications from Polio/pelvis unaligned), as well as chronic lower back aches & pain. At each session, Sarah takes time to hear about your alignments, frequently asks how you're feeling during the massage and pinpoints exactly where and the type of massage that will be best for you. I've been getting massage for over 40 years, and I have never had such a wonderful and therapeutic experience. If you looking for the best, Sarah is the absolute perfect therapist.

Sarah is very attentive to detail. I don't have to worry about my coconut allergy here like I do some other places. I leave feeling relaxed, not sore.

Sarah is an excellent and intuitive massage therapist. I have really intense knots in my shoulders and low back and I always feel a huge release every time I see her. She takes her time to really find the source of the problem and checks in with you to make sure your comfortable and receiving the right amount of pressure. Her space is so cozy and inviting, I feel instantly relaxed just being there. As someone who has seen multiple massage therapists throughout my life, I highly recommend Sarah 10 out of 10.

Sarah is the most intuitive therapist I've ever experienced. She reduced my pain tremendously with just the first session. She has a kindness and calmness that also radiates through my sessions. She also used a few different modalities, including a tuning fork that I was surprised gave me insight into my body I hadn't felt before. Sarah is an all encompassing healing experiences. Highly recommend.

I am giving 1 star because so far i have made 3 appointments and still have not got a massage. The first appointment was declined, the second was canceled by Sarah, and today Sarah was a no show. I am giving 1 more chance to Sage and Sound. I will update review after an appointment is completed.
