TERRIBLE staff they stand around on there phones or talking EVEN SLEEPING ON DUTY, instead of taking any time for a patients needs, Never bothered helping my Dad , now he was sent to VA hospital with all kinds of infections and is passing away!!! If there sleeping when the food tray comes out , they leave it far away from them and don’t try to wake them up, my father can’t walk so he went without eating so many meals and lost soo much wait, They leave them in soiled undergarments, they don’t turn them in there beds, AS FOR PERSONALITY TO THE PATIENT, MEAN AS HELL , Tall skinny Blonde girl, Totaling ignores them, Bells ringing everywhere and none of them care to see what’s wrong, totally ignored!BEWARE NEVER TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!! As somebody already said in here, If it were possible to give it a zero star , I would. I have a friend who's currently in there.\nAnd the care that she is receiving is just absolutely barbaric and absurd. I don't know how these people sleep with themselves at night.But I hope they realized that their judgment they will come. The food is always cold and terrible if you get any. Apparently , the portions are quite small and selective. Rooms are never cleaned. Patience asking for help , waiting for hours upon hours for anybody. My friend has been waiting literally for 3 days for a Band-Aid. She has a wound that keeps bleeding.Won't stop and no way to stop it because they won't give her anything to use. My brother is happy, comfortable and safe at Safire Southtowns. Caring, friendly staff. The facility is clean and doesn’t smell like some places he has lived at. He has a comfortable home with people who care and many many friends. I believe of all the places he’s lived at I think he finally found his happy place. They care, it’s clean and he’s happy. 😊

Money is there first prioritykeep that in mind. Real health, true empathy, customer service, detailed care, sanitation and overall wellness are not there priority for your loved ones. If you truly care for your loved one, do yourself a favor and stay away from this hell whole. Blessings to the few that truly try, which I can count with a hand ✋️.

My husband is in this facility as I post this . The food is terrible, and the help is very slow. Not only that, almost all of his clothing has disappeared, no underwear to wear now he has to use a diaper they give him. Also other clothing and nobody knows where they went they went to the laundry and never made it back to his room.Not much pt given only a short time , at least he walks by himself. I'm sorry he was moved there. He is very unhappy, he's just biding his time till he gets home .
